		<description>It sounds like you are doing everything right but I add one caveat.  All of us suffer from high oxidative stress just from contemporary living.  This is what damages the DNA and created inflammation in the body (aging and disease).  The free radicals that cause these problems can be eliminated 1,000,000 per second, second after second using a combination of herbs which stimulate the body to produce the necessary enzymes  (antioxidants) just like when the body was 20 years old. 		<description>Thanks for your comment, Alison. I do have genetics on my side, with a paternal grandmother who lived into her 90s and my maternal great-grandmother, who reached age 84.  Several of my other family members might have had good genes, but their poor-quality lifestyles, most notably avoidance of exercise, caught up with them in their 70s. Genes may be important but I&#039;m not relying on them alone.</description>
